Ages 4 1/2 to 5 years old
This program is designed to take your child from the pre-school program to the Instructional Program. The teaching circuits will be used for a general warm-up on the event, then more specific instruction of individual gymnastics skills will begin. Your child will still be learning through fun and movement, but they will also be challenged to learn new and exciting skills.

Ages 8 and older
This program is designed for the athlete that only wants to learn how to tumble and gain floor skills. The program will focus on tumbling skills from the basic beginner to the advanced tumbler. The class will also work on strength, flexibility, and jumps.
